You may need an authorization code (also called "EPP code" or "auth key") to transfer your domain to another registrar from WireNine. An auth code is an extra layer of security that verifies you own the domain name. You will also need to change the registrar lock status for your domain to disabled before you can transfer your domain.

1. Login to your client portal https://my.wirenine.com/
2. Select My Domains from the menu bar under "Domains".
3. Click on the tool Icon of the domain you wish to transfer
4. Select Get EPP Code from the left menu bar

That's it!  The auth code will be sent to your domain's administrative email address.
