If you would like to request a new welcome email with your login details, please contact our support.
You can access WHM in any of the following ways:
Option 1:
- If you are familiar with your server name, here is the best method:
https://ServerName:2087
Option 2:
- Use https and your IP address, followed by the secure port number:
https://YourSitesIPAddress:2087
This will produce a browser warning. Please see the following article for instructions on how to bypass this:

If you cannot access WHM using the secure URLs as listed above, the port for WHM (2087) may be blocked by your firewall, ISP, router or company (if accessing the internet from your corporate offices).
