You can restore a partial backup such as the home directory or MySQL database from the Backup section within cPanel. (The same section where you downloaded the home directory backup or MySQL database backup)
A full cPanel backup must be restored by root administrator of the server. To request a full cPanel backup restore, simply open a support ticket from the client portal.
Note: We charge a $25 fee to restore a backup for you.
