Yes, we use Acronis Backups on our shared & reseller servers to ensure your website files are safely backed up to a remote offsite data center and allow you to restore any file to a previous state with up to 7-30 restore points (restore option depends on your hosting package).
We always recommend that you take full backups of your website from cPanel --> Backups -- > Generate a Full Backup. Even though we make daily backups of your website files, it is your responsibility to keep a current local backup of your functional website at all times. WireNine offers backup services as a courtesy with its products and services and does not guarantee any backups.
