If your website is suspended, your payment may be late and your invoice over due. Login to the client portal at https://my.wirenine.com/ and make sure you do not have any over due invoices. Your account may have been suspended due to a security issue which requires your immediate attention, in which case we will send out an email with the reason for the suspension (over due invoices, security issue, etc) so check your email first and contact our support as soon as possible.
If one of your customer's web site is suspended, you can try to unsuspend them from WHM under Suspend/Unsuspend Accounts on the left side menu bar. If you are unable to unsuspend your customer's website then there is a security issue with their account which needs your immediate attention and you need to contact us as soon as possible.
