You have access to these backups from cPanel and you can easily restore your files at any time by logging into cPanel. After clicking "Recover" you will see a confirmation dialogue popup, to proceed click "Start recovery" from the popup menu.  A message will appear with In progress status, restores can take some time to finish depending on their size. Do not initiate multiple restores as it will lead to complications. When the backup is complete, a message with Succeeded status will appear.

If the backup restore fails or does not finish for over 2 hours, reach out to our team by opening a support ticket and provide us with the list of files/directories or databases you want to be restored and the date range.
