How can I unblock my IP address from the firewall?

If your IP has been blocked by the firewall for any reason (login failures, port scanning, etc) and you are unable to access your parts of your website, control panel, email account or other services you can login to the client portal, the portal will AUTO-DETECT any blocked IP addresses upon logging in and will automatically remove your IP if its blocked) and you can also unblock any other IP from the Support menu Unblock IP section.

If you are still being blocked after logging into the client portal and unblocking your IP or receive an error trying to unblock your IP address, please open a support ticket with your IP address and primary domain.
