Do you block any ports?

Our firewalls block all inbound and outbound non-standard ports, if your application is having trouble connecting to something on a non-standard port please open a support ticket and we will look into allowing it. We can only open outbound ports on shared and reseller accounts. Be sure to include the reason why you need this access.
