I lost the welcome email with my account password / I forgot my password. Can you resend it?

Your welcome email is available from the client portal under Emails.

The welcome email contains your account's IP addresses, dns settings, control panel login and getting started guide and sent from sales@wirenine.com

Try searching for "Hosting account Information" in your email inbox.

If you never received your welcome email, you may have signed up using a non-working email or your spam filter may have blocked it. Please check your spam or junk mail folder, if it's not there, make sure to white list sales@wirenine.com billing@wirenine.com and support@wirenine.com before requesting it again.

Remember, you will not receive your welcome email until after you have paid for your new hosting.

If you need your welcome email resent, please open a ticket under billing.
