If you use PayPal to pay for your services, it's possible you may have unknowingly paid twice for your services. Please note that WireNine can't take payments from your PayPal account unless an automated subscription is setup.

In most cases of double billing, people forget they have an automated subscription and end up making the payment manually as well as through the automated subscription. Not to worry however, this additional payment is added as credit to your account and applied to your next invoice. Feel free to contact us if you have been double billed to find out what could have happened.
