Personal/Basic packages (non-business packages)
As of September 22nd, 2023: We've made some adjustments to some packages to keep in line with vendor cost increases — we've eaten those costs for several years and have no choice but to correct that. Do note that most of our packages have had no change. Varying personal/basic packages were brought in line with our costs.
We've also phased out upcoming biannual / triannual renewals in favor of annual renewals. The lengthier term discounts are difficult to adhere to when vendors are increasing rates 2-3x a year.
Naturally, those of you who've paid well into the future are locked in through your renewal date.
